Got a question about your order or shipping?
I placed my order over 1 week ago and it still isn't here. Where is it?
Your order should arrive within 1 week of shipping. (You'll get an email when your order leaves us.) If it hasn't arrived after a week get in touch with us and we'll help track down your order. Often, Royal Mail decide not to leave a 'While you were out' card and so your order could be waiting for you at the sorting office. We'll let you know if this is the case.
What shipping service will be used?
We ship all orders using Royal Mail Second Class Signed For service. You'll need to be home to sign for your order.
Can I track my order?
Although all our orders are tracked, we don't send out tracking numbers until something goes wrong. The service we use will only inform us if the item is delivered or at the sorting office, so it cannot be tracked to your door.
I'm not happy with my order, what can I do?
Get in touch with us right away using the contact form or email admin@hooliganapparel.co.uk and we'll do everything we can to put things right if we have made a mistake.
How do I return an item?
First, let us know that you would like to return your order! You need to let us know within 14 days of placing your order, and return the item to us within an extra 14 days (28 days from placing your order.) Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and free from damage.
